To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review the following:

• Reading Format: All readings are conducted via voice notes on WhatsApp. At this time, I do not offer video, phone, or in-person readings.
• Calendly Booking: The Calendly link will be provided after your purchase. Please use this link only after completing a paid order, as free bookings cannot be honored.
• Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance, please do not change the date on calendly in the day. I’m happy to rearrange your appointment once, but repeated cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking without the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
• Missed Appointments: Failure to attend your scheduled reading without prior notice will result in the loss of your booking, with no refund or rearrangement provided.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your reading! If you’re late and I have another client booked, I won’t be able to extend your session. Rescheduling will require a fee, ensuring that everyone’s time is respected.
• Cancellations: A 20% deposit will be retained if you cancel before booking a date.
• Booking Timeline: Readings are typically booked at least a month in advance unless scheduling a last-minute appointment.
